Secure Packaging
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master horologists verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
